Blueberry Ginger Coconut Smoothie

Makes 4 small servings or 2 large servings
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Real California Drinkable Yogurt or Kefir
1 cup Fresh Blueberries, plus more for garnish
1 cup shredded coconut, plus more for garnish
1 banana, frozen
1 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon ground turmeric, optional
Honey or other sweetener to taste
Chopped candied ginger, for garnish
Directions
- In the jar of a blender, combine drinkable yogurt, coconut, blueberries, banana, fresh ginger, vanilla, and turmeric, if using, blend until smooth.
- Add honey to taste.
- Serve garnished with additional coconut, blueberries, and candied ginger.
